I am a Brooklyn (NY) born and raised artist currently living in   New Jersey. I work primarily in pastel with either a gouache/watercolor or oil underpainting. My focus is the architectural, urban landscape as well as the figure. My objective is to bring attention to the urban environment and/or the figure and the details in which I find beauty.  I hope to bring a shared  emotional awareness to others of both place and people and evoke a feeling of familiarity.  My art education includes the Brooklyn Museum Art School, The Art Students League, NYC, study with Rick  Brosan, Ellen Eagle, Valeri Larko, Dan Gheno, Nicholas Evans Cato and Bennett Vadnais.
